Colonial Farms is a 170-acre farm in Westminster, Maryland, with a history connected to the Declaration of Independence era. The historic farm began as a grist mill on Big Pipe Creek. Today, Colonial Farms raises Highland cattle and works toward sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
The farm also partners with other farmers and processors, allowing us to offer a broader assortment of proteins, including beef, chicken, turkey, and pork.
